evaliant provides an AI-powered assessment platform that enables organizations to create, deliver, and analyze assessments. The Service includes assessment authoring tools, delivery mechanisms, results reporting, and integrations with learning management systems.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
